One little monkey...

Was jumping off the bed (Maxton) and fell off and broke his leg! I took Maxton to Urgent Care last night because while I was on the phone with his dad he came crying and limping out of his sisters room! Nothing looked broken so I thought he might have sprained his ankle or something down that line. After he continued to cry and say "hurt" and "ouch" I decided to take him in. Well it turns out he indeed broke his leg! I saw the X-Ray and to me is just looked like a crack in his bone. But I know nothing about bones! I will be going back in to get a permanent cast on his leg in a few days. Dr said it will take about 4-6 weeks to heal. Which hopefully it heals fast before summer! Who knew you could in fact break a bone playing on a bed.

Shake it!

I was in the kitchen earlier with the twins when out of the blue Max stopped and said "shake it" and started shaking his hips side to side! Made me laugh it was sooo cute! I started recording it but couldn't seem to get him to say shake it again but it was fun to watch both him and Maddy "shake it" :D

Oh The Joys

My little Maxton has been one grumpy little boy lately. I know they call it the terrible two's and well that is exactly what it is. He was in one of his moods today starting with in incident in the car when he asked me for a drink and shortly after in a loud mad voice said "now". I laughed, I was so shocked my little baby boy was being so demanding! So I decided I would record him being his naughty little self. And he didn't like it.....

New Years Resolution

I am the worst at these things! I always want to make goals and I am good for about a week and then well I give up or just forget I had made goals! But maybe this year will be different? Ha ha ha guess I will see! So my long list of goals equals to about 3 things...okay so it's not to long but I had to start somewhere!

GOAL #1 Run on the treadmill at least 20 minuets a day. (lol I had to set my goal small or else I would fail everyday! My goal is to at least run 20 but if that's all I can do then at least made my goal!)

GOAL #2

Double whammy! I don't want to drink soda anymore. I have been addicted for so long and I just want to stop. I need to make water my best friend! Also to stop eating out. I am the worst. It's so much easier for me to grab the kids some food that someone else made so I don't have to do anything. I like the convenience the most I guess. I know this one will be hard but I am going to do it!

GOAL #3
I want to be debt free! John and I both have about 5 credit cards I want to pay off and then cut up! We will still owe money on a house and a car but I want out of the smaller debt we have. I know I am going to have to watch my spending (which isn't usually a problem) and get us out of debt before John returns home from Iraq. Not to mention with baby #4 on the way I don't want to have to worry about money owed. I know we can be it's possible. Especially money coming from the tax return we will be very close to getting it all taken care of. First card to go will be Best Buy! John is so naughty with that card. He loves his electronics!

Max & Maddy

The twins both got these talking singing ride on pony's for Christmas. A few days before they were to get them I thought that I should maybe just take them back that they wouldn't really like them. I kept asking John what he thought and he said just keep them! Regular price was $40 a piece but I hit a sale and got both of them for $40. Thinking I would just see if they like them on Christmas if not I will return them.... well it turns out these little pony's are their favorite toy! They are always pushing his ear to make it talk and sing and they are constantly dragging them around the house to ride on them! I guess it was a good investment! Here are the babies having fun on the pony's....
